PlannedOur leadership team brings over 50 years of combined experience across multinational pharmaceutical, diagnostics, international NGOs and regulatory services.
Raju has a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology, and has completed the MLA Certificate course with Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science, (CSMLS). He has a wealth of experience in Pathology laboratory, and 14-year pharmaceutical marketing experience in India. He has well-seasoned pharmaceutical sales experience, rising to the position of Sales Manager in one of India's top pharmaceutical corporations.
He moved from India to Canada in 2005 and currently works for Alberta Health Services (AHS) in Canada since 2007.
Raju started Feni Pharma India in 2016 as a Proprietorship company. With same focus and passion to provide quality and affordable healthcare products and solutions in the African continent, Raju spearheaded the set up of Pheni Pharma Nigeria Limited in 2017.
Rotimi has a degree in pharmacy, MBA (marketing), Chartered Post Graduate Diploma of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK, and one-year Leadership training at the University of Stellenbosch Business School, South Africa.
Proven record in successfully growing businesses in pharmaceuticals and consumer healthcare in Nigeria and other key African countries (including Ghana, Kenya, Ethiopia etc.), driving high growth through sustainable insights and business models.
Good alignment with global business ethics having worked with multinationals corporations, including Sanofi, Novartis and GSK. He is a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), UK.
Matilda Onawole is a seasoned pharmacist with over 12 years of varying pharmaceutical experiences. She holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). She is a member of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and West African Postgraduate College of Pharmacists (WAPCP). Matilda has certifications in Quality Management Systems under WHO, EU and ISO 9001:2015 guidelines. She has worked as a Quality Assurance Manager, Regulatory Affairs Manager and Regulatory & Quality Consultant for several companies both multinational and indigenous. She has undertaken and executed various quality and regulatory projects, also ensuring compliance to all quality standards for the maintenance of safety, efficacy and integrity of medicines throughout the supply chain.

Emeka has vast experience in pharmaceutical market in West African sub region and understands brand building, customer insight generation and channel maximization and expansion via relationships and demand generation as drivers.
He has been involved in start-up companies in West Africa including the birthing of Emzor in Sierra Leone and Liberia, and Miral Healthcare in Sierra Leone. He later became the Country Director of Evans Baroque SL. He possesses extensive experience in international procurements, particularly in the healthcare sector.
Dynamic and accomplished Pharmacist and Public Health Professional with over 25 years of progressive experience in Medical Marketing, Pharmaceutical Operations, and Project Leadership. Proven success in new business development, regulatory compliance, and international operations within Nigeria's healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
Passionate about improving access to quality healthcare through effective partnerships between the public and private sectors.
His areas of strength are Business Strategy Planning, Stakeholders management, Team Building, launching of new Business Ventures, Projects, Key Account Management and Public Health. He recently completed Ph.D. in Public Health with specialization in Public-Private Partnerships for Health.
